This is years ago, but I gained on celexa (didn't try lexapro but presume effects would be similar).
I lost a lot of weight on Prozac initially, but after several months gained. I think there are some studies out there that suggest the early view that weight gain was dominant weren't borne out over time, but don't quote me.
I tend to be a gainer though!
