New drugs in US, Canada or EU?

I've nearly run out of options here, and am wondering if there's anything promising here...or I can visit Canada...or go to Europe (my passport is EU).
I'm specifically looking for a med. for depression with anxiety/panic and/or sleep disorder.
I also have CFIDS/ME and fibromyalgia.
