I had something similar happen to me while on Lexapro so I have no doubts it could possibly be the Buspar.
Sometimes when I was sitting or laying on the couch (while on the Lexapro), I felt like my body was being "pushed" or was tilting more to the left side.. It's hard to describe.
I also noticed sounds were much more pronounced. Many times I can remember almost yelling at my husabnd to stop talking so loud at me (and he would look at me like "what in the world are you talking about??).
I could not stand to have the tv on if I was not watching it- I could not stand to have music playing in the background, etc.. It's like I had sensory overload or something.
Even at times when people from church would want to hug me, I would CRINGE--- and I'm the queen mother of huggers.
So I think these meds can effect you in weird ways like you describe.
It may go away with time but if it's so annoying and uncomfortable that you can't wait, talk to your doctor.
Don't think you are crazy though- I believe these things are really manifesting becuase of the medication. I know WEIRD stuff happened to me while on the meds.
