Hi Ed
Thanks. I wish I had read your words of wisdom a little earlier. The following day I felt ok and took a little more Reboxetine (.75mg). I usually put 1/2 tablet in water and measure the doses this way as the tablets are tough and wickedly small. I decided to run a race. The chemically induced cortisol seemed to combine with my own prerace nerves to create a massive excess. I ended up feeling terrible...fatigued, nervous and out of breath. I went home feeling depressed and took another .5mg at lunch and a bit more at dinner to hit the 1.5mg mark.I felt awful. Wired, tired, depressed and tense. I wanted to peel back my skull and stir my brains to ease the tension. I tried to sleep but couldn't and in the end it was only red wine that did the trick. Perhaps GABA and NA are a good combo?
Running has always been a highly effective AD for me and I am wary of drugs that affect it.
I felt awful at work...tired, sore throat, fatigued, anxious and anti social and ended up taking Propranolol.I am nervous about taking the next .5mg but I think you make a good point about leaving the tyrosine out of it and adding more Reboxetine.
I'll take the third dose and hope that the whole mess was just a case of overdoing it.All I want is a drug that makes me happy, sociable, witty, alert, chatty, energetic etc...
not asking for much!
Have you tried running Ed? What are your experiences of it?
