anyone at 90mg Cymbalta or higher?

and do you feel the difference going higher than 60mg.? i recently went to 90 mg and don't feel that much different but i do know it took a while to kick in initially when i started cymbalta so the increase may take time too. i feel pretty darn good on cymbalta but i am trying to irradicate my lingering irritability.
