Gonna throw this out just for fun...what part of the world are you in? 10 weeks ago here in the Northeastern U.S., winter had officially arrived and the shortest day of the year (daylight-wise) was upon us. Capital S, Capital A, Capital D.
Any chance the time of year skewed your mood? The carb cravings tipped me off.
