I have been on the Cymbalta + Lamictal combo for about 6 months, before than i took Lexapro and Lamictal. I highly recommend the cymbalta and lamictal, I feel better now than I have in a very long time, I am also BPII. I do take Restoril for sleep though, but not all the time just from time to time when I cant sleep. Before I got on this combo and got it worked out just right I could never sleep and had to take the sleeping pills daily, but not so anymore. I hope it is as helpful a combo to you as it has been to me. Also as stated by someone above, Cymbalta takes a while to start working, like 8 - 10 weeks, possibly even a little longer, but I think its worth the wait if you can hang in until you get there.
