I don't think so, Paxil has lots of interactions. Luvox just hasn't been marketed very effectively!!

But now you're on 100mg desip + fluvoxamine that might be more like taking 125 desipramine w/o fluvoxamine. (That's just a guess btw.)

I think you should consider going back down to 75mg of desipramine for a few days and then increasing again if the diziness improves.
