I don't know, but I have the same problem as you and I did do a sleep study and was told after words that, get this....that I was a light sleeper. I was so irritated!
As far As I know they don't give much more info than sleep apnea and the type of sleeper you are. Please anyone correct me if Im wrong.

Oh wait that jerking disorder maybe?? they could find that out.
