Hi Spriggy, that's what the hospital is there for! It's no mystery how a psych hospital works, like you might think. You don't have to be 'crazy', just under mental distress. You can go there for a few days and have a second opinion about your situation, and get some help to feel better, whether it's more meds or waiting out a withdrawel. There is a logical answer to this. I went into a hospital once while withdrawing/having side effects from meds, and they helped me a lot, and the experience in the hospital was rather enjoyable. I was able to relax and feel safe and felt like people there knew what they were doing. Good luck, don't keep torturing yourself. Let someone else figure out the puzzle. ~Autumn~
