Yes you are losing it and it's the Topomax. I went psychotic on it. Hallucinations ...the works ... ended up in the hospital. At first I lost my vocabulary and slowly I became very paranoid and then started hallucinating (visual) it was very scary.

Talk to you doctor and see if you taper down and off the med. Take of yourself. I know what you are going through.
