hey! If I were you, I'd complain over and over again about the side-effects you're experiencing. Seroquel isn't even indicated for bipolar II yet, and LOTS of people still have problems with antipsychotics, both the new and old ones. Anyway, tell him/her you'd like to try a different antidepressant b/c the Paxil SUCKS. Most docs will switch you over to something else. As for the seroquel thing...my advice would be to explain that you'd rather not be on an anti-psychotic, but would prefer straight up mood-stabilizer(s). I'm still a bit surprised at your combo, for BP II, b/c not only are antipsychotics generally unnecessary in BP II, but using lithium+antipsychotic is known to raise the risk of side-effects considerably.
