PAXIL CR?

I have taken Luvox for my anxiety for the last two years and recently my job switched insurance and they dont cover it, so instead my doc gave me Paxil CR. What i want to know--can Paxil CR be used for the same things as regular paxil? I have OCD, GAD, and Social anxiety disorder. Anyone know? Does anyone know the dosage equivalencys between paxil cr and paxil? I take 37.5, what would that be with regular paxil?
