That is a low dosage.

I think you would experience some withdrawal if you were to discontinue it abruptly. You might want to take 10mg for 5 days or so. You might experience some anxiety, nervousness, fatigue, and vivid dreaming.
> I dont want a repeat of what has happened to me in the past. Withdrawing from Zoloft was absolute hell for me, yet Effexor was quite easy, go figure.
Did you taper gradually with Zoloft? How about with Effexor?
> Ive lowered the dose and i feel really "edgy" now and my OCD is a lot worse but I dont think Parnate has helped my OCD much.
How, then, would account for a worsening OCD? Do you think it is due to an increase in anxiety from discontinuing Parnate? Perhaps the Parnate was helping, but you were taking too low a dosage.
What's the next step for you?
> Also, when can i eat cheese again? I have read that its 2 weeks minimum but I was thinking of waiting 3 weeks just to be safe.
It is not necessary to wait more than 2 weeks. 2 weeks is a very conservative waiting period.
