In reply to coversions from adderall and ritalin, posted by CareBear04 on February 7, 2005, at 11:16:07
I read this evening that Adderall is .5 to 1 mg per kg of body weight, and that Ritalin is 1 to 2 mg per kg of body weight. I weigh 110 pounds, so that means I weigh 50 kg, and my daily dose of Adderall should be no more than 50 mg. I think 2 mg of Ritalin per kg of body weight seems a little high, though, so who knows....This conversion may be wrong. I got it somewhere through the Chadd.org website
> hi hi-- is the conversion from adderall to dexedrine one for one? what about from adderall or dexedrine to ritalin? i've never been on dexxedrine, but i wanted to try it. my pdoc said that it's no different than adderall and that adderall is better. i think i heared that 1mg of adderall = 2 of ritalin, so i went from 30-40 xr of adderall to 27 x 3 of concerta.
