MAOI and a Stimulant - how to stop?

I am sure SOMEONE has posted an answer to my question but I can't find anything in the archives.
1.
I want off the Adderall. I take 30mg of XR. How long should I take to wean myself off it. I know I can't do this one "cold turkey". If I miss one day I get dizzy. Anyone have experience with getting off this med?
2.
I have been on Nardil for almost two weeks at 60 mg and was on Parnate at 80 mg for two years. How do I wean off a MAOI? Do you think I can do it cold turkey?
Please, I need advice ASAP. I will remain on my clonazapam and trileptal during this time.
