Antipsychotic plus Amphetamine

If you take an antipsychotic(blocker of dopamine) and a stimulant(releaser of dopamine), will that keep the stimulant from helping with depression? I know it obviously seems like they contradict themselves and will keep me from getting a good effect, and possibly make me feel worse since it seems I need less dopamine. But I was hoping the antipsychotic maybe worked on a different part of the brain than the stimulant so that the stimulant could still help. Anyone know about this?
