If you've never taken -- and hence never gone off of -- an AD before, it can seem a little scary, but just knowing what to expect helps a lot, I think. (Instead of just having things happen and wondering what's wrong.) If you follow all the tips here about tapering off your meds, you should minimize discontinuation / withdrawal symptoms. Read the posts here, talk to your doctor(s) and have a plan.
