Spriggy, have you stopped taking the Lamictal because you had a problem with it? Are you under a doc's care?
It is so scary to have your feelings flex like that - it's happened to me before and I used to be "normal" too. And looking at the groceries has been a hobby of mine too, apparently. At least you came home with the groceries...
