i think i once read (i cannot remember where or if it was valid or not) that larger doses of a dopamine agonist actually result in less drowsiness and fatigue than the lower doses. Is this true at all?
i have bromocriptine, Requip, and some Mirapex. But so far i have only tried the bromocriptine for any lengthy amount of time (that was only about a month or so), and that made me significantly fatigued and amotivated all day every day-- and i was taking a very small dose (caffeine barely helped as well). i tried the Requip for a few days, but as i was starting up another semester and such, i could not afford to suffer through the extreme drowsiness it was giving me (much like the bromocriptine), so i stopped.
So but yeah, if i took a significantly higher dose of one of these meds, do you think it would mitigate the fatigue, or would i just be a worthless sloth for awhile? i understand that nausea could hit me pretty bad at a higher dose, but at this point i am concerned about the fatigue.
Thank yous!
