Any mood stabilizers NOT affecting Na+/ Ca++

Posted by aazospiro on January 31, 2005, at 15:53:00

Are there any mood stabilizers/ antiepileptic/ anxiolytic drugs apart from the Benzodiazepines that increase GABA WITHOUT AFFECTING Sodium and/or Calcium channels??

I think one such might be of benefit to me. My hunch is that the inhibition of these channels/ currents is what causes the "flat effect"

Any suggestions?
