Very common. Rest easy. You are in withdrawal. Your shrink doesn't know what the hell he or she is doing if they had you go off that fast, no matter how small the dosage. 10% should be the biggest cut made and you should wait until you stabilize before you go down again.
There have been thousands upon thousands of people who have been down your path. I hope that helps. I would go back up to your last dose, no matter how small, and wait until you stabilize before making another minute cut. WHile you are doing this there are a myriad of things you can be doing to help in this regard in terms of building up your foundational health. God bless
