I know someone who is experiencing a robust antidepressant effect from adding Seroquel to Wellbutrin. It really didn't manifest fully until after a dosage of 400mg was reached.At 2.5mg, my guess is that you can just drop the Zyprexa. Seroquel tends to be more soporific at low dosages than at high dosages, so don't use this effect as a guage of what the drug will ultimately feel like.
