Maybe this is my answer.

I swear that after 4 weeks on Lexapro, I am 100 times worse than I ever was to begin with.

I would rather experience occasional panic attacks and anxiety (which is why my dr. put me on this) than this horrible, terrifying, weird head fog, floaty feeling.

Maybe for some of us, these things make us much worse.
