I take Parante, and I currently have no insomnia at 200mg/day + 25mg seroquel at night. I finally eliminated all traces of insomnia by, oddly enough, switching it so that I take 50mg every 5-6 hours (including a bedtime dose). Insomnia got BETTER, not worse, once I went above around 120mg/day.
