Valium+Grapefruit juice=1.5% increase

> Just curious, has anybody experimented with combining the two to increase the effectiveness of any benzo. Grapefruit seems to increase the bioavailability of a number of benzos (esp Valium) and other drugs by inhibiting some of the enzymes (i.e. CYP3A4) that metabolize these drugs. It seems to have less effect on clonazepam/xanax, however. I've come across papers suggesting a potential therapeutic benefit in using grapefruit to increase drug bioavailibility. Any experiences?
