Hi:
I was the Zyprexa 5 mg. for the past three and plus years and slept REALLY good every nights without any interruption. However, for some reason, my sleep-pattern became 'fragmental.' Only after the Trazodone 50 mg. made such a BIG difference to the point where I was able to sleep good, even without any 'dreams,' ... called, 'sound sleep.' I nomally sleep 8 - 10 hours for my 'mental well-being.' Because, I read somewhere over the Internet, SLEEP is very crucial for cell-regeneration in the brand(if my recollection is correct, ... but not quite sure for this tho').In my suggestion, try to take a small dosage of the Trazodone(originally anti-depressant) before the bed.
