Hi, I have been on both drugs and I can tell you that there is no big difference between the two. I can say that I had worst side effects staring on 10mg of Lexapro that I had with 40mg of Celexa.
It took nine weeks of hell before the Lexapro "kicked in".
I now feel very good, no side effects.
