JayDee,
Oh my God I can relate. Are you having an anxiety attack? What's going on?
If you are, take a break. Stop what you're doing now. Don't do any more work for a while. Just stop. It's OK to stop working. I know it's hard to understand that (oh God, I know), but just stop.
Lie down and get your head supported and do a relaxation exercise - start at your feet - clench your feet muscles, and then relax them - tell them to relax - and when they start feeling relaxed, move up to your ankles - clench them, then tell them to relax, and when they start feeling relaxed, move to your calves. And so on up your body. Pay attention to how your body is feeling. Don't fall asleep, just try to relax your body all the way up to your head.
This should take at least 20 minutes. It's totally worth it. It helps me a lot to do this. It often will clear my head and then I can start to think again.
If you're feeling so crappy that you can't work, then don't work, and take some time off school. It took me a really long time and lots and lots and lots of anxiety and depression to realize this.
I don't know if this will help, but I hope so.
