Hypnotic (Imovane)Benzo (Valium) Low testosterone

I am wondering if anyone knows if a hypnotic (Imovane) or Bezodiazipine (Valium)(which I take for sleep and anxiety) can cause low testosterone levels. I have been on these two meds for a long time at small doses. 5mg Valium,7.5mg imovane, and have low testosterone levels. My libido has decreased big time, and I am very fatigued. I have tried testosterone replacments but can not tolerate them. I see a endocrinologist nexted month and hope she will prescribe Clomiphene or Nolvadex.Dose anyone have experience with these two meds?
