Feeling like somebody is pushing me (what is this)

I have this horrible problem, where it feels like somebody is pushing me from different directions.
It feels like giant magnets are pulling my head this way and that. It feels like my head is the size of a balloon. It also feels like the floor is untsable and is tilting this way and that.

What are these symptoms. I'm just on zoloft.
Help, does anyone feel like this ??
