I used to be on a paxil/wellbutrin combo and it worked pretty well. Are you on paxil more for depression or anxiety? I was on it mostly for anxiety and when I took enough Paxil to feel calm, I also was asleep 12 hrs/day. So we added just the tiniest bit of WB (75mg) and that made the difference. BTW, if I went any higher than 75 I was a nervous wreck, so you might consider a low dose of WB.
