Hi Keith,
Fluoxetine.... It'll be very easy. SSRIs are very widely prescribed here, even by GPs.
Clonazepam... is only approved for the treatment of epilepsy here. Long term treatment with benzos is frowned upon but since you're already taking clonazepam it should be possible to find somebody who is willing to prescribe it. You will be told that benzos are only a short term solution and that they are not suitable for long term treatment. You may need to go 'doctor shopping' because you otherwise run the risk of being forced to taper the clonazepam.
Methyphenidate....... very few psychiatrists use stimulants in adults at all. Since you're already taking the drug it should be *much* easier to find a willing prescriber though. You may have to go private to a docotor specialising in adult ADD- there are only a few in the country. Most adult pdocs think of ADD as a condition limited to childhood. If you tell them that you have a short attention span this will probably be interpreted as a symptom of depression. If you have narcolepsy it should be easier to get a prescription. The worst case scenario might occur if the stimulant has been prescribed to treat depression. Using stims to augment ADs is taboo here- it is generally considered to be highly inappropriate.
Good luck,
Ed.
