Hi,

I don't know your age, however, if you are having chest tightness, something you mention similar to
indigestion and you have tried an antacid, I would recommend that you call your physician. Chest tightness, sense of chest pressure, and/or indigestion are symptoms that should not be ignored. These symptoms would be best addressed by your GP. To the best of my knowledge, you should not be having chest tightness with Wellbutrin.
