I know that grapefruit juice affects alprazolam (Xanax) and diazepam (Valium), but I'm wondering about Tramadol (Ultram) since I use it for my social phobia with great results.

Tramadol has an active metabolite via the enzyme 2D6. As far as I know, that's it. Sorry, grapefruit will not affect this drug.
