Both can cause anhedonia and sexual effects at higher levels due to blockade of dopamine D2 receptors. Risperdal, in particular, is noted for raising prolactin levels, which is linked to sexual dysfunction. At low levels, both of these drugs may act to counteract SSRI sexual side effects to some extent, as both are very selective for blockading 5-HT2A receptors. By low dosages, I mean in the range of 0.5-1.0 mg/day of Risperdal and perhaps 5 mg/day of Zyprexa. That's the theory, anyway--probably does not work as well in practice as it does on paper.
