ADHD/ADD, what is it? And how do you treat it?

Hello guys,

I am being very very lazy I know, but I was hoping someone on here could fill me in on some information, so that I didn't have to plod my way through the world wide web :)

I don't know anything about this/these disorders. I don't suffer from them or know anyone that does, but am just interested really.

Does anyone here suffer with either ADHD or ADD? What are the symptoms, and more importantly, what does it feel like to have either of these disorders? What is the general treatment? Do you take AD's or something else? And how do these help?
