Selegiline - how to take it ?!

Hi,

I just got yo know that Selegiline should be taken at the 30-40mg range to work as a traditional MAOI and help my moderate depression and social phobia. That what I got to know from my pdoc but I never heard when to take it. He was reluctant to because it was over phone and I am abroad now.

Should I take something like 15mg b.i.d ?! Morning and noon or later on the day?!
