Hmmm thats interesting. Lofepramine, thats fairly selective to the NE transport is it not ?
I take citalopram but only 10mg :) I could benefit from more citalopram but am too paranoid to raise it.
How much benefit do you see from 60mg over 40 mg ??
I was thinking of augmenting the citalopram with a TCA, perhaps desipramine, or nortryptaline. Or maybe switch to clomipramine all together.
