I definitely experience an appetite reduction when I take it, and was able to lose several pounds as a result (within a month at a low dose). You might not find it as helpful for 'energy/concentration/motivation' as the less-sedating TCA's, however. Energy/motivation seemed to be improved by it, but my concentration had a "lockup" effect from it that I didn't like. Task switching was more difficult with this one than any other ADD-type med I've taken. Don't know if you can get it in Europe or not.
