I take 30 mg Lexapro with 120 mg Strattera (60 am 60 pm) and a caffeine pill (200 mg) each morning for energy. It seems to work very well.
Do you drink coffee in the morning? If not, try coffee or a caffeine pill.
Otherwise, it sounds like a good addition might be Provigil or Ritalin to get you going. If depression is also lingering, I think that an increase in one of your current antidepressants would be indicated.

I think that I could stay in bed all day. The past few appts my pdoc has just had me keep increasing the desipramine. But how long do I keep doing that and hoping it works? What do you think: keep working w/ the current combo or add something new?
