Ten mg is a typical starting dose. But many people increase that after a while. I have been on 30 mg Lexapro for the past 8 months (used to be on 20mg). I had tiredness also when taking Lexapro alone. But I now take a 200 mg caffeine pill each morning (same as 2 cups of coffee) and also 60 mg Strattera in the am and 60 in the pm. My tiredness is not too bad anymore. And I am feeling better than I ever had before.

My doctor said that if and when the 30 mg Lexapro poops out, he will put me on 40 mg.

> I've noticed most people say they are taking 10 mg of Lexpapro, at 20 mg DH's anxiety came back. He was told to increase to 30, but that made him to tired, so he was dropped back to 25.
