Pretty much everything passed for me, too. Slight nausea for a few days, lethargy -- the only thing that has hung on, with amotivation -- but what I really wanted to say was that it's helped a hell of a lot with pain from arthritis, and while I've had some headaches (probably from other meds I'm on), no migraines!
