Geodon with Trileptal???

Geodon web site states that Tegretol reduces the effect of Geodon 34%. Would this hold true for Trileptal since Trileptal is very similar to Tegretol? (one oxygen molecule or something like that._

It seems as if my geodon is not doing much.
