I'm presuming you mean your right arm swings of its own volition, not that your left arm is paralyzed? If the one arm swings without your wanting it to, that would suggest you're still experiencing dyskinesia, which I would think merits a visit to your doctor, or at least a phone discussion.

I've never heard anyone else describe a pain the knee in relation to psych meds. Which doesn't mean it couldn't be a lingering side effect, but it's probably something else. If as you say your knee seemed to give way at one point, you may have strained it. Pain can often come quite a while after a minor injury - you injure something a little without realizing it, then continue to use the injured area and it doesn't get the chance to heal. Over time it just gets worse. Try icing it several times a day for a few days and see if it improves.
