Howdy Curious,
I myself just started taking Cymbalta 3 days ago (30 mgs. x2) and yeah I don't sleep well either (but no nightmares-yet) in fact, typing this post is more challenging than I thought; trying to put cogent thought on-line without fading. A loss of appetite as well, but I'm not giving up just yet.
Hopefully these side effects will go away.
