I took 225mg Effexor XR and 10mg Prozac for several years, and it did help -- although for me, the Effexor pooped out pretty much after about a year. That's me, though, and (all together now) YOUR MILEAGE WILL VARY. (Sorry, struck me as funny...)
The sweating did ease after a bit, and your dosage doesn't seem all that high. Of course, you're taking higher Prozac, with an augmenting dose of Effexor, and I was taking it the other way around, but it still doesn't seem all that high to me. The Prozac is within normal limits, and the Effexor is very low dose.
