I did initially. More than twitching really - one time my right arm just flew up and over and behind my head, completely of its own volition! But mostly the jerking was much more subdued. It stopped about five weeks in. I'm now in my eighth week, and it hasn't happened again.

The term for this is dyskinesia, by the way. With some antipsychotics it's a very serious problem that may never go away, even if you stop the medication. But with antipsychotics it typically doesn't show up till you've been on the drug for a long time. In these cases it's referred to as tardive (that is, delayed) dyskinesia. I'm trusting that it was only an iniatory side effect with Cymbalta, a sign of my body adjusting, rather than something that reappear later - and remain.
