Yes we are, and I will definitely keep you posted. I really like this board. Honestly, I`d like to CBT my way out of this if possible. Benzos work for me to a real degree but am scared I will get in tolerance trouble again. And for some like me it is a real chore getting off them. I am considering a small dose Paxil, Inderal combo. I take Lopressor as needed now. Beta blockers are great for heart symptoms, taken as needed or daily.I was going to re-instate Valium. Did for a day but got cold feet.
