has any one used paxil every other day???

Has anyone used paxil every other day??? I seem to get brain fog and difficulty thinking and concentrating on paxil. Current dosing 30 mg but going back to 20mg and thinking of doing it every other day. What is the half life of Paxil? Also take klonopin as needed, not too much .5mg cutting in half when needed. Just started taking fish oil and B complex vitaman.
